This learning path is for the leaders of agricultural cooperatives, producer associations, and other producer organizations (POs). The goal of the learning path is to help POs become better-organized, more reliable suppliers. Learners will practice completing bookkeeping ledgers that are essential to PO operations. They will also implement practices that help their POs deliver product on time, in the right quantity, and to the expected quality standard.
